<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attract customers by allowing customers to adjust waiting time as desired, concerning a method and a program for optimizing waiting time that customers wait before receiving services. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step for receiving information indicating that as a customer's service request, services are provided quickly using points recorded in association with the customer or information about allowable time during which waiting can be permitted in addition to the current waiting time, and setting this information in a table; and a step for referring to the table when information indicating that the services are quickly provided using the points from the first customer is received, and replacing the points recorded in association with the first customer with the allowable time that is accepted prior to the time of accepting the service request and that is set in association with a second waiting customer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
