<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating structure of a power transmission device, sufficiently supplying lubricating oil to a support part supporting a shaft-like member to freely conduct differential operation. <P>SOLUTION: This lubricating structure of a power transmission device includes: a differential case (a cylindrical member)2; a shaft (a shaft-like member) 1 disposed on the inner peripheral side of the differential case 2; the support part (the boss part) 3 supporting the shaft 1 formed on the inner peripheral side of the differential case 2 to conduct differential operation to the differential case 2; a space 6 formed between the inner peripheral side of the differential case 2 and the outer peripheral side of the shaft 2; a passage 4 formed in the differential case 2 and opened in the space 6; and a ring-like member 5 disposed adjacent to the support part 3 in the space 6 and supported on the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 1, wherein the lubricating oil supplied from the passage 4 to the space 6 is scooped up by the ring-like member 5 and supplied to the support part 3 through the outer peripheral surface of the shaft 1, and when the device is stopped, an opening part 4a of the passage 4 is blocked up by the ring-like member 5 to prevent the lubricating oil from being washed away from the space 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
