PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional graphic drawing device for operating with low power consumption by controlling a clock signal. SOLUTION: A clock control means detects the termination of the processing of one polygon or one pixel in each processing means in a geometry processing means and a rendering processing means by a busy signal from each processing means in the geometry processing means and the rendering processing means, and supplies a clock signal to each processing means in the geometry processing means and the rendering processing means for successive operation, thus eliminating simultaneous operation by the duplicate input of clock signals by a plurality of processing means.
