PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a master batch that is useful for forming a resin layer for blocking or absorbing a specific substance and is easily handled and to provide a plastic container produced by using the same. SOLUTION: The master batch comprises a complex salt of an inorganic acid salt or an organic acid salt containing at least a transition metal-based catalyst and a thermoplastic resin having substantially non-reactivity to the complex salt.
