REFRIGERATING CIRCUIT AND COMPRESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerating circuit and a compressor, which prevent the degradation of refrigerating capacity in the case of using a refrigerant of high working pressure. SOLUTION: A high pressure passage 5 serving for communication between a discharge region of the compressor and an expansion valve is provided with an opening/closing means 82 for opening/closing the high pressure passage. The opening/closing means closes the high pressure passage at least in the stop state of the compressor. A bursting plate 98 releasing pressure in the compressor to the outside of the refrigerating circuit when the inside of the compressor is in an abnormally high pressure state is disposed downstream of the opening/closing means. Both the opening/closing means and bursting plate are mounted to a housing 14 of the compressor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
