PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of improving withstand load property and impact resistance. SOLUTION: At least one of an inner ring 1, an outer ring 2 and a rolling element 3 is composed of steel which is carburized or nitrocarburized within a temperature range of 800-1,050°C, then annealed two or more times with austenite transformation of one or more times, then quenched, and tempered.
