PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock-up damper device stored inside a torque converter easy to assemble at low manufacturing cost, without causing increase of an axial space even when the structure has damper springs arranged in a double or triple lines. SOLUTION: A plate 9 is fixed to a piston 4, and the two damper springs 7 are disposed between spring presses 12 provided on the plate 9 leaving a space 19. Spring receivers 13 are formed on a disk 10, and the disk 10 is overlapped with the plate 9 so that the spring receivers 13 are overlapped with the spring presses 12 A ring-shaped intermediate member 8 is rotatably supported on the piston side of the disk 10, and each of intermediate supporting portions 15 provided on the intermediate member 8 are connected in series by being fitted in the space 19 between the two damper springs 7 disposed between the spring press 12 and the spring receiver 13.
