PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing structure of a rolling bearing which is of an outer ring rotating type for use in a tenter clip of a film drawing machine, reducing the leakage quantity of sealed-in grease and preventing lubricating oil from entering from the outside. SOLUTION: This sealing structure in an outer ring rotating type rolling bearing is used in the tenter clip of the film drawing machine. A sealing groove 9 formed in the outer diameter surface 2b of an inner ring 1 and a non-contact seal 5 fitted to the inner diameter surface 2b of an outer ring 2, the inner peripheral part of which enters the sealing groove 9 have a labyrinth structure. The side surfaces of a sealing lip 7a constituting the inner peripheral part of the non-contact seal 5 are recessed surfaces 7b, 7c forming a concave curve in a section vertical to the axis of the bearing.
