PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waxy emulsified hair-dressing agent having excellent spreadability on the hair, free from characteristic stickiness of oily component, having excellent set retention and rinsability in washing in spite of a waxy hair-dressing agent, and having emulsion stability. SOLUTION: The waxy emulsified hair-dressing agent contains (A) a wax exhibiting solid state at room temperature and/or a hydrocarbon exhibiting solid state at room temperature, (B) a nonionic surfactant, and (C) a benzophenone derivative and/or a p-methoxycinnamic acid derivative.
