PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining member, a joining member manufacturing method, and a joining method capable of joining a joined member under the condition of the temperature lower than the melting point of a material and not exceeding the allowable temperature limit, and ensuring the durability of a thus-joined portion caused by the heat cycles even when the joining member consists of a material having the melting point considerably higher than the allowable temperature limit of the joined member. SOLUTION: The joining member 1 for joining members 21, 22 to be joined comprises at least a particle-like core material 11 and a covering material 12 for covering the core material 11.
