PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous media agitation type wet disperser which enables nanometer-level dispersion, and has a large capacity and excellent classification performance. SOLUTION: The media agitation type wet disperser comprises a dispersion tank 2 (with an internal diameter A, and an axial length D), a rotary shaft 3, an outer rotor 4 (with an external diameter B, and an axial length C) equipped with blades 43, and an inner rotor 5 equipped with blades 53, and satisfies following formulas 1-3, 0.7<B/A<0.96 (formula 1), 0.2<D/A<1 (formula 2), and 0.2<C/B<1 (formula 3).
