<p>The system has a receiver and a narrow neckband such that a pet owner of an animal can shorten the neckband over a remote control and can control the freedom of movement of the animal. The remote control is provided with two buttons, where the system is operated by a battery. A red button of the remote control is pressed such that the neckband is operated by a motor that is provided in a stable housing under the neck.</p>
