The frame has mounting parts (2) comprising a wall-side contact surface (5) for connection with a wall (3). The parts have a fixing surface (6) connected with the contact surface over an angular transition area. A frame section of the frame is detachably attached with a binding screw (14), which bypasses a small distance at the fixing surface. A longitudinal slot is provided in the fixing surface for connecting the screw, extends in a vertical and/or longitudinal direction of the frame section, and stands in direct engagement with a thread of the screw.
