The subject-matter of this Specification is substantially the same as that described in the parent Specification 995,177 except that only one face of each green ceramic sheet is metallized and that a clearance of 0À25 to 0.3 mils is provided between the wall 20 of the bore of the die 19 and the periphery of the upper punch 21 to facilitate expulsion of entrapped air. The pattern of the metallizing 15 on alternate sheets in a stack is of course such as to permit parallel connection to alternate electrodes (see also Figs. 1 and 2, not shown). |
