A cosmetic composition prepared by using a liquid crystal emulsification method is provided to secure excellent moisturizing capability, and visually semi-transparent property, and improve skin waste material removing, skin moisturizing, skin blood circulation promoting and scrubbing function of salt. A liquid crystal emulsified cosmetic composition comprises 20-30 parts by weight of salt such as bay salt, dead sea salt, boil down salt and rock salt, 12-18 parts by weight of an oil phase ingredient consisting of oil, C12-22 high fatty alcohol such as stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol, or a mixture thereof, 1-5 parts by weight of a glycolipid based surfactant, 1-5 parts by weight of a non-ionic surfactant, and 40-65 parts by weight of a polyol aqueous solvent such as glycerine, 1,3-butylene glycol, propylene glycol and dipropylene glycol.
