An optical pick-up apparatus having 4-axis driving actuator is provided to perform a tilt servo operation of driving an object lens in a rotation direction of an optical axis. An optical pick-up apparatus performs a focus servo operation of driving an object lens in a vertical direction and a tracking servo operation of driving the object lens in a horizontal direction by four focus coils(34), two tracking coil(30), and a plurality of magnets(32). Four tangential tilt coils(33) and one radial tilt coil(36) are added to the optical pick-up apparatus so that a tilt servo operation is performed of driving the object lens in a rotation direction of an optical axis. The tangential tilt coil(33) is wounded in the shape of a cylinder at the inside or the outside of the focus coil(34). The radial tilt coil(36) in the shape of a rectangular band is installed around a bobbin to which the object lens is fixed.
