PAINT SPRAY ABRASION TESTER AND METHOD OF ABRASION TEST FOR THE SAME

A testing device for evaluating abrasion of a painting tip and an abrasion evaluating method using the same are provided to prevent the decrease of painting quality generated in using the defective painting tip exceeding the painting tip exchanging time and the waste of paints by periodically checking the state of the painting tip. A testing device for evaluating abrasion of a painting tip(T) is composed of a test paint storing container(10); a high pressure pump(20) ejecting the test paint toward a discharge pipe(5) at predetermined pressure; a pressure regulating valve(30) installed at the discharge pipe to control the ejection pressure of the test paint; a pressure measuring instrument(40) measuring the ejection pressure of the test paint and a flow measuring instrument(50) measuring the ejection flow of the test paint, which are mounted at the discharge pipe; a painting tip mounting plate(60) installed at the side of the discharge pipe to install or separate the painting tip; and a control unit(70) receiving and calculating values measured by the pressure and flow measuring instruments.
