摘要 A permanent antistatic disc damper on which conductive polymers are coated after the injection molding of reinforced plastics is provided to satisfy various cleaning indices and electric characteristics by manufacturing the disc damper by the reinforced plastics and forming a permanent antistatic layer which has the conductive polymers as effective components on a surface of the disc damper. A disc damper is formed of plastics whose bent elastic coefficient is 80,000kg/cm^2 or more. An antistatic layer having the thickness of 0.005 to 10 microns is formed on a surface of the disc damper. The antistatic layer has conductive polymers as effective components. The plastics are one or more plastics selected from a group containing a universal plastic, an engineering plastic, or a rubber resin and a thermosetting plastic. 10 to 70 percent weight parts of a fibrous filler including a long fiber or a short fiber are mixed in the plastics.
