A modem for an MS(Mobile Station) is provided to offer a digital interface for transmitting data at high speed as well as an existing analog interface, therefor more various types of mobile communication systems can be developed. Digital transceiving interface modules(210,220) transceive a digital signal corresponding to one wireless signal among plural communication standards. An analog transceiving interface module(230) transceives an analog signal corresponding to one wireless signal among the plural communication standards. The digital transceiving interface modules(210,220) consist of the digital transmission interface module(220) for sending the digital signal and the digital reception interface module(210) for receiving the digital signal.
