A display filter and a display apparatus including the same are provided to improve contrast and brightness and to enhance electromagnetic wave shielding efficiency by forming a light shielding pattern including a conductive polymer material thereon. A display filter includes a filter base and an external light shielding layer(230). The filter base includes an electromagnetic wave shielding layer which is formed of a multilayered transparent conductive layer. The multilayered transparent conductive layer is formed by laminating a metallic thin film and a transparent thin film having a high refractive index. The external light shielding layer is formed on one side of the filter base. The external light shielding layer is formed of a base material(234) and a light shielding pattern(236) formed on one side of the base material. The base material is formed of a transparent resin. The light shielding pattern is formed of a conductive material.
