An apparatus for stabilizing phases of stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugate mirrors is provided to fix the phases of the stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugate mirrors for a long time by using a stabilization method using a feedback circuit. A phase stabilization apparatus includes a polarizer(70), a detector(80), and a phase controller(90). The polarizer is used for polarizing reflective beams from a plurality of stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugate mirrors(54,64) in order to induce the interference of the reflective beams. The detector obtains interference beams according to the interference result of the polarizer and outputs the interference beams. The phase controller controls phases by using the interference beams detected from the detector. The phase controller controls an optical path by controlling a position of a mirror(55) formed at a backside of the stimulated Brillouin scattering phase conjugate mirrors.
