The present invention provides a toner for developing electrostatic image comprising a colored particle containing a binder resin, a colorant and a release agent, wherein the toner for developing electrostatic image has two or more maximum values of peaks or shoulders of loss tangent (tan ´) in the range from 50 to 120°C, a loss tangent (tan ´) in the range from 100 to 200°C is 0.8 or less, and a dispersed diameter of the release agent is 0.1 times or less shorter than a volume average particle diameter of the colored particle.
