An infrared ray transmitter is provided to improve a remote recognition distance using infrared rays by maximizing the optical efficiency, increase safety of a driver and passenger, and improve reliability and quality of goods by stabilizing infrared ray radiation and optical performance. An infrared ray transmitter(11) comprises the followings: an infrared ray generating device(12) for emitting infrared rays(2); a concave mirror(13) which firstly reflects the infrared rays, generated in the infrared ray generating device, by an ellipsoid optical system having an ellipse surface; and an aspheric lens(14) in which a surface that the rays are applied from the concave mirror is a plane and the other surface has a convex aspheric in order to refract the infrared rays reflected by the concave mirror. |
