ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DEVICE AND FABRICATING METHOD THEREOF

An electro-luminescent device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize an optical property of the EL(Electro-Luminescent) device by forming a semi-transparent film between an anode and a substrate. An electro-luminescent device includes an anode(140), an organic thin film layer(160), a cathode(180), and a semi-transparent film(110). The anode is formed on a substrate. The organic thin film layer is formed on the anode and includes a light emitting layer. The cathode is formed on the organic thin film layer and reflects the light from the light emitting layer to the substrate. The semi-transparent film is arranged between the substrate and the anode and repeatedly passes or reflects the light which is generated in the light emitting layer.
