A construction vehicle for water supply and drain pipes and a construction method using the same are provided to construct and repair the water supply and drain pipes easily in a narrow alley or complicated area by moving a robotics boom up and down and right and left and placing the robotics boom on a manhole with a remote controller. A construction vehicle includes a robotics boom unit(110), a water heating and circulating unit(120), an air compressor unit(130), and a mortar pump unit(140). The robotics boom unit has a winch(111), a driving unit(112), a platform(113) and cylinders(115,116,117), and moves the working unit for constructing water supply and drain pipes. The water heating and circulating unit supplies hot water for repairing the water supply and drain pipes and hardening a tube, and the air compressor unit regulates pneumatic pressure for forming the complex section in the water supply and drain pipes. The cylinders move a boom to place the working unit in the upper part of the manhole, and the winch draws a ductile tube impregnated with resin in a sewer pipe. The driving unit moves the boom up and down, right and left, or back and forth. A circular fixing frame is formed in the platform to invert the contact tube. |
