TERTIARY SOLID EFFERVESCENT TRANSCRIPTION PAPER WITH ENHANCED DURABILITY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

A triple-cubical foam transfer paper with enhanced durability and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form cubically a character by first and second foam layers and to prevent cracks in washing or boiling clothes by a release layer and a silicon rubber layer. A method for manufacturing a triple-cubical foam transfer paper with enhanced durability comprises the steps of: forming a release layer(110) on the upper surface of a release paper(100) by transparent silicon; forming a fluorine coated film layer(11) on the upper surface of the release layer; forming a silicon rubber layer(12) only on a printing part of the upper surface of the fluorine coated film layer by a silk screen; forming a second fluorine polyester layer(13) on the upper surface of the silicon rubber layer; forming a print layer(14) on the upper surface of the second fluorine polyester layer by using ink; forming a first fluorine polyester layer(15) on the upper surface of the print layer; partially forming a second foam layer(16) on the upper surface of the first fluorine polyester layer; forming a first foam layer(17) on the upper surface of the second foam layer; forming a white background layer(18) on the entire surface by the white paints; and forming a thermal bonding resin layer(19) on the entire upper surface of the white background layer.
