A locking structure of a sliding door is provided to perform a smooth locking operation by the small amount of power without noise. A locking structure of a sliding door comprises an outer housing(110), an inner housing(120), a pair of ball units(124), a spring(126), and a sliding door(130). The outer housing is formed with a pair of locking holes(122). The inner housing is slidably installed at the outer housing. The pair of ball units is mounted at the inside of the inner housing and projected at the both side surfaces of the inner housing to be inserted into the locking hole separately. The spring is installed to support the ball unit. The sliding door is secured with the inner housing.
