An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module and a mobile communication terminal having the same are provided to prevent a loose phenomenon when assembling an LC panel and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) to be folded. An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) module comprises the followings: an LC panel(201); a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(205) for providing a driving signal to the LC panel; an FPCB(Flexible PCB)(203) for connecting the LC panel with the PCB; and a metal adhesion member(207) attached to the rear of the FPCB. In the folded FPCB, restoring force to be unfolded in a direction opposite to a folding direction is generated. By using the thicker metal adhesion member in proportion to the restoring force generated in the FPCB, fixing force bigger than the restoring force is generated.
