Information programming method and apparatus where the uniform interval time duration between information items to be sent-out is calculated from the playback time of the information, the number of the intervals and the sending-out time. The result is compared to upper or lower limit values of the intervals to enable efficient programming of information items of a large number of channels in a shorter time.
Material management apparatus and method where an archiving condition is set. The material satisfying the conditions is detected and archived to enable the realization of a small-sized low-cost apparatus.
