An adipose tissue regeneration kit and a using method thereof are provided to minimize the risk of infection when transplantation of an adipose tissue is performed in a damaged part by using patient's adipose tissue. In a lower end of an adipose tissue regeneration kit, a washing vessel(22) and a washing vessel insertion hole; a first syringe vessel(20) and a first syringe vessel insertion hole; a second syringe vessel(21) and a second syringe vessel insertion hole; and a connector vessel(23) and a connector vessel insertion hole are formed. A first syringe washes and separates an adipose tissue, injects a washing solution and mixes a bio gel. In an upper end of the kit box, a syringe needle vessel(24) and a syringe needle vessel insertion hole; and a protocol(25) and a protocol insertion hole are formed.
