A method for treating an organic solvent-containing air which can correspond to rapid fluctuations of the concentration of organic solvents in the air to be treated, and can use exhaust gas of a combustion furnace as an air for regenerating dehumidification member, thereby obtaining high thermal efficiency is provided. A method for treating an organic solvent-containing air comprises: a dehumidification process(a) of flowing an air to be dehumidified through a dehumidification member, thereby removing moisture in the air to be dehumidified; an adsorption and removing process(b) of flowing an air to be treated containing organic solvents through an adsorption member, thereby adsorbing and removing the organic solvents contained in the air to be treated; an adsorption member-regenerating process(c) of flowing an adsorption member-regeneration air through the adsorption member which has adsorbed the organic solvents, thereby regenerating the adsorption member; a combustion process(d) of supplying a concentrated air produced in the adsorption member-regenerating process into a combustion furnace, thereby burning the organic solvents in the concentrated air; and a dehumidification member-regenerating process(e) of mixing the adsorption-treated air produced in the adsorbing and removing process with a combustion furnace exhaust gas produced in the combustion process to obtain a mixed air, decomposing the organic solvents in the mixed air by oxidation, and flowing the resulting purified air through the dehumidification member which has adsorbed moisture, thereby regenerating the dehumidification member, wherein the dehumidification process, the adsorbing and removing process, the adsorption member-regenerating process, the combustion process, and the dehumidification member-regenerating process are conducted at the same time.
