A base material for the interior of a vehicle, and the vehicle interior finish thereof are provided to decrease the manufacturing process thereof and to improve the rigidity and the shock resistance thereof. A base material(20) for the interior(10) of a vehicle includes a non-crosslinking polypropylene foam resin and 10~50 weight% of a filament. The foaming ratio of the non-crosslinking polypropylene foam body mixed with the filament is 3~8 times.
