A pattern formed on inside wall of a tunnel for driving safety is provided to help speed sensing of a driver by using a mach band pattern made of continuous V shapes or sinusoidal curves, which causes visual stimulation of the driver. A pattern formed on inside wall of a tunnel(1) for driving safety comprises a first pattern layer(10), a second pattern layer(20), and a third pattern layer(30). The first pattern layer is formed laterally on the inside wall surface of the tunnel along the driving direction of cars. The second pattern layer with different brightness from that of the first pattern layer is formed laterally on the upper surface of the first layer. The patterns of the first and second layers are V shapes or sinusoidal curves connected consecutively. A mach band(40) is formed at the boundary of the first and second layers.
