A waterproof buzzer is provided to prevent inflow of water therein at various positions or stances thereof and to suppress damage of an oscillation frequency of a buzzer diaphragm by using a protrusive shielding unit. A diaphragm is installed in an internal space of a main body(10) in order to generate signal sound. A connector(20) includes a terminal in order to transmit a signal to the diaphragm of the main body. A plurality of discharging holes(12,14) are formed at a lateral surface of the main body in order to transmit the signal sound generated from the diaphragm to the outside. A plurality of protrusive shielding units(16,18) are protruded along an outlines of each of the discharging holes. The protrusive shielding units prevent inflow of water along a surface of the main body into the discharging holes.
