A roller clamp is provided to maintain a drift rate of a liquid flowing through a tube at a predetermined rate, and to make movement of the roller clamp easier. A roller clamp includes a tube installation portion(10), a drift rate control roller(20), a roller portion(21) and a tube winding shaft portion. The tube installation portion(10) includes a bottom portion, and a couple of side wall portions(12) on which guide grooves(14) are formed. The drift rate control roller(20) has a central shaft portion disposed across the side wall portions(12), and is supported by the guide grooves(14) in two edge portions. The roller portion(21) compresses a liquid flowing tube(T) provided from the tube installation portion(10) against the bottom portion(11a,11b,11c) to control the drift rate.
