A semiconductor device includes: a semiconductor substrate (10) including an active element formation face (10a) on which an active element is formed; detection electrodes (9,12) detecting a remaining amount of ink by being wet in the ink; an antenna transmitting and receiving information; a storage circuit (4) storing information relating to the ink; and a control circuit (5) controlling the detection electrodes (9,12), the antenna, and the storage circuit (4). An ink cartridge (7) comprising said semiconductor device (7), and an electronic device comprising said ink cartridge (7) and an antenna (22).
