A soundproof structure of a doorframe and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent inflow of air or noise through a clearance between a door and a doorframe and to attenuate door closing impact, thereby improving soundproofing. A construction method of a soundproof structure of a doorframe(20) wherein a door is fixed and supported by a hinge comprises the steps of: forming a groove(23) with predetermine depth and width at a horizontal end protrusion(22) of the doorframe that makes contact with one side of the door; inserting a soundproof element(30) made of soft silicon material into the groove, wherein one part of the soundproof element is mounted in the groove while the other part is protruded; and mounting a finish material(40) to allow the part of the soundproof element inserted to the groove to have the same height as the horizontal end protrusion of the doorframe, and fixing the finish material and the mounted part of the soundproof device into the groove of the doorframe by a bolt(50). |
