A clip mounting structure for forming a grip of a golf club is provided to give good gripping feelings, to prevent slipping, and to be conveniently and simply attached to or detached from a shaft. A clip mounting structure for forming a grip of a golf club comprises first and second extension portions with a bent portion therebetween. The second extension portion includes a clip(10), and a rubber film(20). The clip(10) is formed to be longer than the first extension portion. The rubber film(20) is made of a thin film rubber material. The first extension portion is fitted between a hole of a shaft(1) and a wall of the shaft(1), and the second extension portion is disposed on the outer wall of the shaft(1) to couple the clip to the shaft. The rubber film(20) covers the shaft and the clip(10). |
