A fuel activation apparatus for a vehicle is provided to increase the combustion rate in a combustion chamber by easily activating a liquid fuel supplied through a pipe. A fuel activation apparatus for a vehicle activates a fuel passing through a pipe(10) connected from a fuel tank to a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine. The fuel activation apparatus includes a covering(20) and a pair of permanent magnets(30). The covering has a pair of semi-cylindrical shapes so as to surround the pipe. The semi-cylindrical shapes are engaged with each other, with the pipe being interposed between them. The at least two sets of covering are formed of a ferrite core joined to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe in parallel. The permanent magnets are installed on both sides of the covering. The permanent magnets are disc-shaped and activate the fuel by emitting magnetic fluxes from the central area having the strongest magnetic field to the covering.
