An image article of eyes running sports, a method of eyes running sports and eyes running judgment and an apparatus of eyes running sports and eyes running judgment are provided to improve user's capability of playing sports by training their eyes systematically. An apparatus for eyes running sports includes an image article, a medium receiving the image article contents, a player(22), a display device(23), a collecting system and a deciding system. In the image article, single or two or more image elements are moved in various directions while the speed of movement thereof are changed to decide who does better in recognizing the image elements by using his/her brain and eyes. The player(22) plays the medium. The collecting system collects data that synchronizes the play proceeding state of the image article content and the eye action state of players.
