A sound proof is provided to install a fixture unit on the front surface of a rear plate coupled to an H beam, protrude the fixture unit by a predetermined length, and allow the front plate to be slidably detachable to the inner side surface of the fixture unit. A rear plate(10) is curved in a predetermined shape. A fixture member(11) is formed at upper and lower portions of the front surface of the rear plate(10) and curved downward. A soundproof material(12) is installed inside the rear plate(10). The first and second lateral plates(20,21) are coupled both side surfaces of the rear plate(10). A fixing unit(30) includes upper and lower guide members(31,32). The first ends of the upper and lower guide member(31,32) are fixed to the fixture member(11). The second ends of the upper and lower guide members(31,32) extend in a predetermined direction so that the upper and lower guide members(31,32) protrude from the front surface of an H beam when coupling the fixing unit(30) with the H beam. A front plate(40) is detachable to an inner side surface of the upper and lower guide members(31,32) of the fixing unit(30). An end plate(50) is installed at the first side of the second side plate(21) and the front plate(40) and fixed by a bolt.
