发明名称 VACUUM ADIABATIC MATERIAL AND ADIABATIC BOX USING THE SAME
摘要 A vacuum adiabatic material, and the adiabatic box body thereof are provided to prevent an external bag body from being cracked or torn when applying the stress to a wall surface and to realize favorable adiabatic efficiency thereof. A vacuum adiabatic material comprises a bag body and a heart wood with at least three layers. The bag body is formed by the gas barrier film with a thermal welding layer. The heart wood is made of the continuous bubble soft plastic foam at the both inner and outer surfaces of the layer formed by organic or the non-organic fibers or the dust bodies thereof. The heart wood is contained at the bag body. The whole part of the vacuum adiabatic material whose inner part is pressure-decreased and sealed is heated by the temperature higher than the welding point of the thermal welding layer at 5~35 degrees under atmospheric pressure. The non-welded portion of the film, the thermal welding layer of the film, and the surface of the heart wood are thermally welded.
