A construction device for the thin layer pavement and the traffic lane and road surface indication is provided to execute thin layer pavement work and traffic lane and road surface indication work continuously using a rapid-setting thin layer composite. The construction device for the think layer pavement and the traffic lane and road surface indication comprises a disposable container(10) having an injection nozzle(11) provided with many composite outlets and putting a thin layer composite in, a stopper(20) closing the composite outlet formed on the injection nozzle of the disposable container, a stopper separator having a rope(30) and separating the stopper from the composite outlet while the disposable container is filled with the thin layer composite, a container table(40) having a container mounting portion(41) to mount the disposable container and a nozzle insertion hole(45) to locate the injection nozzle on an air blow moving passage when the injection nozzle is inserted, and an air blow generator(50) generating a strong wind and spreading the wind toward a road through the air blow moving passage and an air blow outlet(44).
