An endoscopic passage combining structure is provided to reduce a passage resistance and to minimize a pressure generated in the respective passages. An endoscopic passage combining structure couples a gas supply tube(11) and a solution supply tube(12) with a mixing tube which is coupled with a spray nozzle. The spray nozzle sprays a rinsing solution toward an observation window. The supply tubes are arranged in front of an insertion portion of an endoscope. Two upstream tube holes(22) for the gas and solution supply tubes are opened at one side of a tube coupling unit(20). One downstream tube hole(23) is formed at the other side of the tube coupling unit. A middle portion of the tube coupling unit includes a passage joining unit(24), which is tapered from the downstream tube hole to the upstream tube holes. A connecting pipe(26) is connected to the downstream tube hole. An end portion of a joining tube is connected to the connecting pipe.
