HYBRID TRANSMISSION

A hybrid transmission is provided to increase the torque transmitted to a driving motor to reduce the capacity and volume of the driving motor by installing a constraining device to control gears comprising a planetary gear selectively, thereby increasing the mounting space of a vehicle. A hybrid transmission comprises a constraining device(180) selectively regulating rotation of any one of gears comprising a planetary gear(40), such as a sun gear(42), a ring gear(44), and a carrier(45). The constraining device includes a brake(181) regulating the rotation of the carrier. The brake is operated by a hydraulic pump(182). The constraining device has a unidirectional control clutch(183) for preventing the reverse rotation of the carrier.
