A method for preparing a conductive polyurethane foam roller with high density by an encapsulated type molding method is provided to obtain uniform conductivity without the second post process such as dipping by manufacturing a polyurethane foamed liquid containing the ion-complex organic conductive polymer. A method for preparing a conductive polyurethane foam roller with high density by an encapsulated type molding method comprises the steps of: manufacturing a polyurethane foamed liquid containing the ion-complex organic conductive polymer; injecting the polyurethane foamed liquid in a mold in which an over packing rate is 110-250%; and sealing the mold. A block is formed by the sealed mold method.
