A waterproof construction apparatus is provided to improve the quality of the construction by uniformly forming an area where waterproof sheets overlaps with each other. A waterproof construction apparatus comprises a container(120), a waterproof sheet supplier(210) and a pressuring unit(400). The container(120) stores waterproof coating material(11) for coating a floor(10) of a structure therein. An outlet valve(110) is installed at a bottom part of the container to discharge the waterproof coating material(11). The waterproof sheet supplier(210) supplies a waterproof sheet(12) onto the waterproof coating material(11) after the waterproof coating material(11) is coated on the floor(10) of the structure. The pressuring unit(400) pressurizes the waterproof sheet(12) against the floor(10) of the structure so that the waterproof sheet(12) is closely adhered to the floor(10).
