A functional shoe insole is provided to support the sole of a user's foot entirely, to absorb shock, to disperse shock, to give a broad grounding area of an insole and to make the insole be bent softly when the user walks. In a functional shoe insole, a curved protrusion portion(11), a heel placement portion(12), buffering recess portions, plural horizontal recesses, and an inclination ground portion are formed. The curved protrusion portion(11) is formed on the upper surface of the shoe insole to support a metasal bone of a foot. The heel placement portion(12) encloses and supports the edge of the heel. The buffering recess portions are formed on the position of first and fifth metasal heads of a sole of a foot. The horizontal recess is formed to get broader from a center of a horizontal direction of the sole to an outer side. |
