A NOVEL IN VIVO PERFUSION METHOD FOR INDUCING DIFFERENTIAL SIGNALING IN AN ANIMAL

A novel in vivo perfusion method for inducing differential signaling in an animal is provided to obtain direct changed conditions of target proteins according to presence or restraint of signal transmission. A novel in vivo perfusion method for inducing differential signaling in an animal includes the steps of: cutting an abdomen of an animal and obtaining an organ, an artery and a vein to be perfused; inserting and fixing a blood catheter into the vein; connecting the catheter with a perfusion tube; circulating a solution that is used in a control group in the tube; separating a piece of organ as a control group after finishing perfusion using the solution; and removing the organ of the control group, moving the perfusion tube to a solution including a group of compounds of a test group, and performing perfusion.
