An integrated curved linear ultrasonic transducer inspection apparatus, a system, and a method are provided to inspect a structure having at least one curved part such as a concave end or a convex end. An integrated curved linear ultrasonic transducer inspection apparatus includes a curved linear transducer(40) and a sensor holder(12). The curved linear transducer is oriented to inspect a curved shape of a hat stringer(4). The sensor holder defines a first groove for supporting and fitting a first curved linear inspection sensor. The sensor holder is moved over at least a first part of a structure. The first part of the structure includes at least a first curved structural shape. The sensor holder is formed to scan a width of both curved corners and an upper cap(8) of the hat stringer along an upper cap adjacent to a net top portion(6) of the hat stringer. The sensor holder further forms a handle for a manual inspection of the structure. |
